Social discourse is older than language and obeys rules that predate contemporary meanings of the terms and labels now common and familiar to these webpages and blogs, but the lynchpin of all ideology behind a Title or Name, or any Constitution, remains Ecology. Liberal, Conservative, and Anarchist alike, resort to survival mode as soon as the wind blows, or the water rises, or facing a public service strike. When knowledge and power get so thinly spread over the Planet by shallow conceptual regimes only barely adequate to govern simple growing consumerist Populations, then all of the People and their leaders alike are totally helpless in any infrastructure collapse. The same shallow wisdom based on the few hundred years of pioneering North America into the Hurricane Dragon its become, crippling the renewable resource base and gobbling non-renewables worldwide, also directs the Military, architect of every Republican collapse. War always lures its favorite fools to their Waterloo, matching the immoral exercise of power with public shows of disgrace leading to the expiry of all confidence. Britney Spears and the Pentagon have entwined their planets leaving the floor open to liberal minded souls to abandon Manifest Destiny before its capsizing is complete. Closing the Church, closing America, are ecological ideas, just as Potlatch was seen as an economic rival, not as the source of faith itself, so now the only trusted shelter from ecology is Buddhist Potlatch. The shallow veneer of information over the North American Continent, Turtle Island to many, painted on by migrant religions, also has far older layers of knowledge and feeling running deep into Ecology, speaking to Her, and hearing Her. Spirit speaks in XziXzia and in Skidegate, Titles known to History speaking quietly but without ceasing to claim right: XziXzia is a child while Skidegate is a Liberal while Potlatch is Matriarchical and Democratic; the new feature to world politics brought by Potlatch is The Global Title, the Title to the Planet. This Title is central to Global law and order. Title to land is a component of higher claims which each rest on certain actions by holders of authority, so in a Planet wide system there is the right to claim the Title to the Paramount authority over the ecology of the Planet. That right is the same as any claim to any part of the Earth, it relies on competent prescription, using the property to greater benefit, without violating peace. There are no enemies to Skidegate, only missing crewmembers needing the light of Potlatch to regain the Canoe.
It is true that Skidegate is injured and damaged and suffered losses even as the policies attacked the Potlatch but since Potlatch talent is the same everywhere, it did happen that Skidegate was charged wrongly in 1979, by the same government that attacked Potlatch with legislation lasting until 1951, with both attacks affecting all Indians, but affecting Skidegate in particular, and the Haida Imperial Family along with Skidegate, without succeeding, and since the Constitution of Canada recognizes and affirms Indian Title and binds Canadians to settle Skidegate's Land Claims, the appropriate discourse for inhabitants of the Planet is with Skidegate, about Skidegate Village and Skidegate's Canoe, and the proper forum is Potlatch, with invitations delivered by Internet. The meaning of a church is obscure to many, while Potlatch is only obscure to those whom Ecology needs to inform about Life; Potlatch is the doorway, while Skidegate is Host. The Church drove the Potlatch back north from the Fraser area, in concert with local Indians who still obey the fort's orders. However the church has fallen and Potlatch is free again. The real Land Claim begins with the accounting of benefits and rewards accepted on behalf of Skidegate, or for Skidegate Village, or under Skidegate's Title for any Haida, or as any other representative claiming to speak or act for any of the other Indians of Canada, as for the Apache and as for Indigenous Families all over the Planet. Intelligence anticipates mistakes to ensure success; what Ecology requires is demanded from each Human Being in the currency of culture and ecology, not in the machine. The Hippies anticipated this crisis in the 60's but they blended in while Cher danced the Millenium away. Ownership of the Land in the Person and Institutions of Skidegate completes the Torrens Land Title framework, placing Indian Title on the registered certificate along withthe holders in fee, even while recognizing Skidegate's Imperial Title as Sovereign, completing the Titles of each at all levels open to the law. Title to Canada is title to the Planet, provided Potlatch is Instituted, and title to the Planet impugns the religious claims and rants of imposters and should silence the drums of war. The practicality of the claim lies in civil process since the State owes the duty of recognition and affirmation of Skidegate and of the Titles, under the Constitution of Canada; legal response should be forthcoming. The claim is singular under Skidegate's Identity and plural, as the Global right of the Matriarchy, Jaad Skidegate described above.
Re-examine Liberalism from the view of the good story, where no one worries about good and evil while busy caring for their Family and our Garden. If anyone tells you that you were born of evil let them know Potlatch. Potlatch is the word for the Protocol passed down to the chosen Family from before there were words. This submission to the political debate intends to initiate a mega-paradigm shift in discussion, above and beyond the plane of the three moralistic religions with their nation-states. In potlatch virtue is assumed and reinforced as Ecology rewards virtue and valor with Titles. The Church erred by legislating against Skidegate and Potlatch; now the Nations must submit their legislation to Canada, before being invited to Potlatch. Got a better idea, Identify it.
